This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you — whether you are a BixJet customer, a visitor to our website, or an individual whose business contact information appears in our platform.

1. Information we collect
- Account information — name, work email, phone, company details, and login credentials when you create a BixJet account.
- Customer content — contacts, leads, deals, messages, sequences, forms, and files you upload or create in the platform. This data belongs to you; we process it to provide the service.
- Business contact data — professional information (such as name, job title, company, business email, business phone, and public professional profiles) available through our lead database and enrichment features, compiled from public and licensed sources.
- Connected channel data — when you connect channels such as email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS, or social accounts, we process the messages and account tokens needed to run your outreach. Each channel is also governed by that provider's own terms.
- Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and product interactions, used to secure and improve the service.
- Payment data — processed by Stripe; full card details never touch our servers.
- Communications — emails, support requests, and meeting bookings you have with our team.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve the BixJet platform and its AI features.
- Run the outreach, enrichment, scoring, and automation you configure.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- Communicate service updates, security notices, and (with your consent where required) product news and offers.
- Monitor for fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms — including misuse of outreach features.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we process personal data on these bases: performance of a contract (providing the platform you signed up for), legitimate interests (securing and improving the service, B2B business contact data for sales and marketing purposes), consent (where required, e.g. certain cookies and marketing), and legal obligation.
4. Business contact data and outreach
BixJet's lead database contains business contact information intended for legitimate B2B communication. If your information appears in our platform and you would like it corrected, restricted, or removed, email sd@bixjet.com and we will action your request promptly.
Customers are responsible for using outreach features lawfully — including complying with anti-spam, telemarketing, and data protection laws that apply to their campaigns (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and TCPA) and honoring opt-outs.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand usage, and analyze traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not function without them.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers that host and support the platform under confidentiality agreements — including DigitalOcean and Google Cloud (infrastructure) and Stripe (payments).

We protect data with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2/1.3 in transit, web application firewalls, DDoS protection, and multi-factor authentication — see our Data Security page. No internet transmission is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed; we encourage strong passwords and MFA.

We are a U.S. company and may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; receive a portable copy; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent at any time; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
